![]() Thanks in advance for any help you can offer. Is it possible to instead use the actual VR controllers inside ETS2/ATS? Now since I got my Quest 2 about 2 months ago, I tried some PCVR games via Airlink and VD, and I enjoyed some of them a lot. (Awkward but works, and because of the seated nature of the game, it isn't really that bad.) One of the coolest VR experience for me I tried ETS2 demo in the past on my PC, but I got bored instantly, 'not my cup' I said. I'm considering using my old PS4 controller, but I was getting by with just fumbling on the mouse+keyboard and doing nose peeks when I need to. ![]() I'm betting many people are using gaming wheels. I'm assuming this is because the VR support was just retrofitted on to the game to add head tracking, and doesn't actually include support for controllers? If so, that's of course totally fine, but I just wanted to be sure that I'm not missing something. Right now I can't get the Rift controllers to work on any of the menus. Driving around and being able to swivel your head to check out the scenery adds a whole new level of relaxation and immersion! Great one to lay back and listen to some music or podcasts, especially when many of us are still stuck indoors and want to see the outside world more.īut, I'm wondering how people control the game once they're in it? ![]() I've gotten my Rift S running in VR using the VR beta, -oculus -nointro command line options and some tweaks with Oculus Tray Tool.
